Who we are

We are business consultants and service providers with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of business. Our specialists have experience in all areas of modern business. They have often been employed by middle and big enterprises  and have specialised in an area of interest to them during their search for challenge. All levels and disciplines are present with us, making it easy to switch between different skills and between practice and theory.
We are hired as interim to implement optimisations and structure in organisations or to fill in temporary gaps in absence.
Our consultancy work goes from specific knowledge to general management. This ranges between drafting consultancy for international companies to supporting day-to-day operations across business disciplines.
The upcoming of Lean, 6 Sigma and QRM has also encouraged our people to offer this knowledge within our company. We have now supervised various projects in this area and we also often act as a source of questions here, coming up with creative solutions or proposals.
One of our pillars within our company is digital transformation. We have done several ERP implementations of various supplier. Since we have a strong presence in SMEs, we are faced with a variety of software packages and add-ons. There are so many issues that we are often better able to find a solution than various consultants from dealers due to our independence. We are therefore also often used to help think and make choices for a Future Proof solution. This varies from providing detailed solutions to project management of an implementation
A consequence of all this experience and projects is that we have a large network of companies. This results in collaborations or knowledge transfer, where we can play an intermediary or advisory role.
